- Taking notes yourself — half listening
- Follow-up left until Friday
- CRM maybe updated over the weekend
With Copilot
- Prep card read in 2 minutes
- AI takes notes; you run the conversation
- Draft follow-up ready as you check out
- CRM updates proposed — approve, done
FAQ
Veelgestelde vragen
Frequently asked questions about Copilot for sales teams.
Does Copilot for sales work with Salesforce or only Dynamics 365?
Both. The Sales Agent connects to Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. Email summaries are enriched with CRM data, and you save activities, contacts and opportunity updates straight from Outlook and Teams.
Does Copilot put meeting notes into our CRM automatically?
Yes. After a Teams call Copilot generates a summary with action points, which you save to the right opportunity or account. The seller approves; nothing reaches the CRM unseen.
Does Microsoft train on our CRM data?
No. Prompts, responses and CRM data are not used to train the underlying models and stay within the Microsoft service boundary. Access follows the CRM permissions a seller already has.
Who gets the first licences?
Sellers with heavy customer contact and heavy admin — that is where the time saved is greatest. Pick candidates on usage data from the Copilot Dashboard and define two or three use cases per group up front.
How do we measure the return for the sales team?
A baseline first, then fixed KPIs: admin time, CRM completeness, quote turnaround and ultimately pipeline and win rates. Early indicators move within weeks; commercial effects you assess each quarter.
Curious what it delivers for your sales team?
In 45 minutes you see Copilot on your own CRM — Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. After that we advise on the licence strategy, build bespoke agents and implement until the time saved is measurable in the Copilot Dashboard.
